One of our workshop
versions offer participants
a special option for personal one-on-one telephone career coaching within one month of the workshop. To become eligible, they must
identify a career-related "stretch" goal that they are
committed to achieving within the month.
If the goal is achieved, they earn
a telephone coaching session, plus the right to identify an even more
challenging goal for a second personal coaching session after another 30 days. This process can continue as long as appropriate.
