Deal or No Deal

No one gets kicked off the "show"...

In fact, this team building event is designed to keep your talent “on the show” (in your organization).

This is an extremely flexible team building format, based on the TV series.  It can be delivered within a time frame of a half day, full day or even several days. There are unlimited possibilities to customize a team building event that meets most organizational time and budget parameters.

Our "Beyond" version can easily be customized to incorporate solid educational components to focus on leadership, teamwork and a wide range of management/employee initiatives that meet your organization’s current strategic direction.  Or, it can be designed for just basic entertainment and fun.

Our team building version includes opportunities for teams to win by being "lucky" in selecting the right case at the right time.  We also include opportunities for teams to win by leveraging the collective knowledge of team.  Teams take turns being the Banker, Producer, and Contestant.

CRG is known for its commitment to developing events that ensure the inclusion of all participants.  We have creative designs that allow people with special needs (such as wheelchairs, hearing and sight challenges) to participate to the full extent of their ability and comfort level. Our formats ensure that every participant feels that they have contributed to the success of their team’s effort.

Team building debriefs can be extensive or minimal, based on your vision for the event.  They can be conducted by our facilitators or yours, or a combination of both. 

We offer event planning services that can organize your event from start to finish, or we can work with your venue.

We guarantee that our  DEAL or NO DEAL    theme and team building activities produce pragmatic, content-related results that will not be perceived as "fluff" or "gimmicky" by participants. .
