2.
As a result of this
workshop, the first specific thing I will do
is:
-
Re-evaluate
the ways I have been working. Find ways to use the
information I have been given.
-
Review some
of the issues that I have encountered and struggled with at BBL
over the last couple of years; try to imagine how they might
have turned out if I had applied the “PUSH”
strategies.
-
Attempt to
become a Change Agent. I will try to understand how
change/stress affects me and others and deal with it
appropriately.
-
Have a group
meeting with my team members. Identify their
shortfalls.
Address key issues reported by team members.
-
Make project
check lists. Make
people feelings check list.
-
Prepare my
meetings better to be able to anticipate the feedback (both
good & bad).
-
Look at the
team in a different light. Use what I have
learned.
-
Talk to the
team people.
-
Use it at
home with some of the situations I have.

communicates with people at their workplace.

eye opener and a good start! Thanks.
