ABOUT THE PRESIDENT

Pat Thornton, MBA and founder of CRG Inc. has several years of experience in Canada and the US with multi-national organizations, and as an executive coach in private practice. She began her career at the Pentagon in Washington, DC where she gained experience in public sector administration. Subsequently she worked in Philadelphia and New York City where she developed a comprehensive background in customer service and sales.

Pat’s passion for team building, change management and talent retention has been honed over the last 20 years working with clients from companies in industries such as financial services, health care management, professional services, military forces, education, telecommunications and more. Her community service activities have included serving on multiple boards of directors for entrepreneur associations, community credit unions, and social service organizations. Pat also volunteers as an employment facilitator for re-entry workshops for the disadvantaged and is partnered with SheridanCorporate Institute to deliver CRG’s change management and communications workshops to several of Sheridan’s corporate clients .

Pat holds dual citizenship in the United States and Canada and has extensive experience in Europe and Asia.
