2.
As a
result of this session, the first specific thing I will
do is:
-
Restructure
my time and look at sales share %.
-
Work with
using several tools to help relate to customers that are not
committed to doing more business with us.
-
Try to
remember to ask myself “Why” question.
-
Analyze my
accounts in more depth. More attention to the proper
questions.
-
Do not
conclude without reasoning why.
-
I will use
some of these problem-solving techniques in my personal life as
well as introducing them to my staff @ work.
-
Ask
“why.”
-
Review the
lesson and then implement with Sales Reps.
-
Think of the
“Why” of a problem before I start on the “How” to solve
it.
-
Do more
problem solving (thinking about things before I do them and
prevent problems).
-
Ask myself
“why.” Make sure I
understand situations, problems.
-
Try to find
WHY I’m not selling more.
-
Give some
thought to my comments regarding the competitors when talking
to clients.
-
Consider the
reasons why some things fail or don’t work according to
plan.
