BEYOND CHANGE :    Change Has Changed 

 

 

1.   If I had to describe this session to a colleague, the three adjectives I would use are:  

-          Excellent way to self-introspection in a low key manner, to reflect on your values; Fun; An excellent way to begin and end a year for it feels very positive and proactive 

-          Thought provoking; Help get out of a rut; Revisit possibilities 

-          Another key to identify own priorities; Similar but different to other exercises 

-          Incisive; Directed re solutions; Fun to do 

-          Learn about yourself; Prioritize your needs; Bring the soft skills needs into focus 

-          Energetic; Imaginative; Thought provoking 

-          Challenging; Though-provoking; Out-of-the-box 

-          Informative; Energetic; Well-presented 

-          Motivating; Revealing; Interesting 

-          Very stimulating and proactive; Opens up your mind; Help develop new skills 

-          Pertinent; Informative; Applicable 

-          Eye-opening; Entertaining 

-          Informative; Creative; Helpful 

-          Fun; Enlightening; Useful 

-          Different; Stimulating; Amusing 

-          Full of fun; Accurate to assess work environment; Helps to assess top three satisfiers 

-          Interactional/experiential; Values-focused; Card game is a useful exercise 

-          Perspective; Self-interest 

-          How to reach your objectives; How to analyze objectives 

 

  1. As a result of this session, the first specific thing I will do is:   

 

-          To analyze my objectives. 

-          Focus. 

-          Investigate more about change dynamics in the workplace. 

-          Keep these on file and use them as a guide. 

-          Set priorities. 

-          Contact you. 

-          Redefine my situation. 

-          Re-think goals. 

-          Review planning objectives. 

-          Concentrate on my priorities. 

-          Do whatever I can to meet my “Top Satisfier.” 

-          Think more about the most important priorities and what I’m not willing to compromise on. 

-          Continue the process of figuring out what will really create satisfaction. 

-          Look for opportunities that will allow me to excel and use all my skills. 

-          Get organized.  Then Stay Organized

  

 

3. My comments on this session overall:  

-          Love the interactive process. 

-          I learned a lot about myself and what to do about it. 

-          Good quality session.  I would recommend this for anyone in any organization. 

-          We were told this would be a fun session.  It was, but it was also very thought-provoking and will be useful.  Looking forward to your “Beyond Feedback” session. 

-          Terrific  :   Many of my thoughts were at least alluded to.
