Public
Seminar in Vancouver BC
Beyond
Influence
™
1. Core messages I hear loud and clear from this session
are:
-
Use acronym
strategically; don’t overuse; combine
-
Rock & Roll. I need to work on my
ROCK
skills because I am definitely a ROLLER.
-
The
importance of giving good service.
-
We need to
use more tools.
-
Simplicity in
approach using theR/R ideas; everyone has
their own unique influences; it need not be
difficult.
-
If you want
to influence someone, follow the ROCK & ROLL
techniques and you will get results each and every
day.
-
Relationship
building; Trust is #1.
-
I have
alternatives in how I deal with my situation.
-
The same
concerns do come from all sectors.
-
Influence of
using “ROCK” in
relationship-building techniques; the importance of enhancing
these skills to gain greater success.
-
Very much
appreciated the acronyms ROCK & ROLL and
what each letter stands for. Very applicable to my
business.
2. What would make thisBeyond
Influence
™ program useful in my organization is:
-
The
techniques in the usage of the strategic acronym
ofROCK &
ROLL.
-
Would help
with communication.
-
More emphasis
on communication with teams/fellow workers. Importance of
“Clarify.”
-
Customer
relationship information and techniques.
-
To have
executives participate in this seminar.
-
We have grown
in leaps and bounds and I feel we haven’t provided our staff
with the tools they need to handle our growth.
-
Great for
Relationship Building for all people - those who “sell” and
those who support.
3. My comments on this session overall:
-
Very well
done, Pat & THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH. I will carry the info I
have learned with me always.
-
It was good.
Pat was a great instructor. Good decorations and
music.
-
Excellent.
Thank you.
-
Useful
information - has given me a lot to think about in my future
dealings and how I go about influencing colleagues and/or
customer relationships. Very enjoyable and
helpful.
-
Beneficial in
reinforcing practices I am currently following - some new ideas
to try out.
-
I came not
knowing what this course was about. When I arrived, I thought -
“not another one of these role playing sessions.” When I left,
I felt that I had learned some very valuable information on how
to communicate better. Thank you.
-
Well
presented, fun, “experiential” component adds to retention of
information.
-
Thank you.
Now I can turn left.
