The Amazing Race

 

There are no "eliminations." In fact, this talent retention event is designed to help organizations keep their people "in the race.

 

The format has been re-invented to work with groups of all sizes, from a dozen people to hundreds of participants. There are unlimited possibilities to customize an event that meets most organizational time and budget restraints. It can be held at resorts and retreats, as well as within your local neighborhood.

This team builder can be conducted outdoors and off-site, or we have designs that can be used within your facilities. It can even incorporate poor weather conditions as part of the challenges. However, based on your locale, there are many creative ways to structure an event to avoid adverse weather conditions, such as utilizing a subway system or a large shopping facility.

 


So You Think You Can Dance!

One of our most recent additions to our suite of reality-themed team building events. 

Our version minimizes the typical discomfort that people often have with the notion of doing a "dance recital" in front of their peers.  We have re-invented this TV format to give you lots of options to ensure the session will be enjoyed by your people, but that will also deliver some solid team building outcomes so your executives can see a return on their investment.

The components include a professional choreographer/dance instructor, but with a twist that makes all the difference for participants who might normally resist this type of session.  Then we added in a "surprise" judging element that will have your people talking about this event for weeks afterwards!

 


The Apprentice

First, there is no "You're Fired!" In fact, this talent retention event is designed to help organizations keep their people "more hired."

 

Templates and flexible core components can be quickly and easily modified to create an event that follows the TV format, but also meets your specific objectives and organizational culture. You can incorporate an educational component to address participant skill needs.  Once we have an understanding of the context for your event, we offer a series of choices from which you can create a program that will energize and recharge teams. You may choose to arrange the facilities and venue yourselves, or use our professional event planning service.

 


 

Survivor

 

Again, no one gets voted off ... this event is designed to "keep talent on the island (in the organization)." Our Beyond Surviving theme is used for both team building events as well as in our regular workshops.

 

As a team building session, it can be delivered both indoors and outdoors, even incorporating poor weather conditions as part of the "Reward Challenges." There are unlimited possibilities to customize an event that meets most organizational time and budget restraints. We can offer a full "start to finish" professional event planning service as an option for retreats & off-site meetings; or, you can arrange your own facilities and venue. Your choice.

 


 

Millionaire

We have re-invented the scoring system to be team-based, and no one knows who is winning until the very end of the game.

A great ice-breaker for a conference or retreat, or a fun way to deliver key facts and information that participants are sure to remember. Ideal when you have a tight agenda, but still want to include an out-of-the-box team builder. Can be delivered in very compressed formats, from one to three hours.

Questions can serve as lead-in topics for almost any educational content, or they can serve as humorous “little known facts” about participants .... or a combination of both!


Deal or No Deal

Our version includes opportunities for teams to win by being "lucky" in selecting the right case at the right time. We also include opportunities for teams to win by leveraging the collective knowledge of team. Teams take turns being the Banker, Producer, and Contestant.

Our "Beyond" version can easily be customized to incorporate solid educational components to focus on leadership, teamwork and a wide range of management/employee initiatives that meet your organization’s current strategic direction. Or, it can be designed for just basic entertainment and fun.
