*   Finding out about your direction as an employee/person; Determining how your objectives match the corporate ideals; Determine change required.

*   Revealing; Empowering; Encouraging

 

    2.  As a result of this session, the first specific thing I will do is: 

 

*   Have shorter more authentic conversations with my team

*   Explore rollout to direct reports

*   Share finds with boss

*   Make sure the objectives I have are obtainable

*   Revisit my 3-year business plan and insert my #1 Job Satisfier

 

    3.  My comments on this session overall:

 

*   The tools in my mind are far more effective than employee surveys.  I support the view that we need more authentic and meaningful conversations.

*   Loved it.  Clear & useful.  Great Tools !!

*   Worth the investment.  Got a good ROI.

*   Very good.

*   An encouraging program that helps relieve the pressures of the business environment.
