2.   As a result of this session, the first specific thing I will do is: 

 

*   Think more about motivation.

*   Find out what’s most important to my employees.  Tell my fellow classmates about becoming involved in these meetings.

*   Share this information.

*   Continue to excel at school HRM to help organizations and their people survive.

*   Look at similar team building activities within specific work groups.

*   Make a left turn.

*   Write a list of my most important objectives.

*   Contemplate re Model further.

*   Examine where I am in my career and where I need to be.

*   Focus my efforts on a career direction.

*   Try to look into myself more objectively.

*   Figure out how to improve satisfaction in my own job.

*   Try to communicate better.

*   Think about how I can change the items lacking in my job.

*   Make a left-hand turn; do something differently than I have before

*   Change my attitude.

 

*   Look for ways to use the information in my organization.

*   Observe employees.  Are there any in Quit & Stay mode.

*   Try to identify motivators for myself and others.

*   Talk to Owners about help to meet the needs of “Quit & Stay.”

*   Understand and comprehend.

*   Consider the impact for my clients.

*   Find a rewarding career!

*   Make sure I am heading in the right direction.

*   Relate what I have learned here to what I am learning in school.

*   Focus on my career in the future.

*   Try and keep harmony.

*   Try to get over it.

*   Reflect.

*   Do more networking.

*   Book a session for staff/clients.

*   Try to increase employee morale.

*   Examine my work priorities and how they will impact my future.
