United Fresh Produce Association Conference

"Beyond Survivor" Change Management Workshop

(held in Las Vegas)

United Fresh Produce Association was founded in 1904 and  is the industry's leading trade association committed to the growth and success of produce companies and their partners. United Fresh represents the interests of member companies throughout the global, fresh produce supply chain, including family-owned, private and publicly traded businesses as well as regional, national and international companies.

United Fresh's challenge for us was to create a change management workshop for their first annual Leadership Alumni Organization Retreat in Las Vegas.  We conducted several telephone interviews with participants across the USA and Canada to ensure that we had enough input from all regions to design an event that provided value for all.
